Alissa is Decisive Data's Chief Executive Officer. She is responsible for creating value and developing and executing on DD's organizational strategy.
Alissa has 20 years of experience building, leading and advising teams in the private and government arenas. Most recently, Alissa held the position of Principal at OneAccord Partners, and previously, CIO at a cyber threat risk management firm developing deep-learning AI software.
In addition to private sector work, Alissa has also served in the Central Intelligence Agency. While at the CIA, she wrote an award-winning paper on creating a culture of innovation and was recognized by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) for her work on innovation and culture. She subsequently advised the office of the DNI as a consultant on technology platforms and initiatives such as moving to the cloud, information sharing and identity intelligence, and coordinated activities for the Intelligence Community Technology Integration Committee.
Passionate about organizational science, she has taught for Seattle Pacific University and Pepperdine University as an adjunct professor of organizational behavior and leadership.
Alissa holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Indiana University, two master degrees in organizational management and organizational learning from George Washington University, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Business at MIT.
Alissa loves spending time with her husband and five children, running all over town for soccer matches and ballet classes. She also is passionate about her USTA tennis career and hunter/jumper equestrian training.
