The Challenge

A global wireless communications provider needed to gain quick insight into customer service requests. They wanted to answer questions regarding issue type trends and the volume of service requests per day.

The Solution

This dashboard allows them to quickly see which call centers are having the greatest number of operational failures as well as the month over month trends in the data.  They can quickly drill into what the overall trend is and pull out the days that are having the greatest number of incidents to be able to quickly discern if there are patterns in those occurences as well.
